Mantis Vision develops 3D Hand Held solutions (both hardware and software) for the various professional markets such as: aviation, automotive, oil & gas, forensic, military, archaeology etc. Job Description • Responding fast and efficient to customer’s call and relaying any problem to the relevant people in the company • Customer Support for Remote failure investigation, upgrades and new installations. Learning new SW releases (and HW) and training customers on changes. • Reporting of customers’ needs to the sales people/presenting new possibilities to customers and potential customers • Building and maintaining a good relationship with the customer • Acting as a technical representative of Mantis Vision at customer sites • Performing Training sessions for customers • Build a training kit, training catalogue, presentations and animated movies about the product and its capabilities • Creating new work-procedures, escalation process, knowledge improvement, etc. • Creating presentation about the product, the technology, services, etc. • Learning the competitor products and prepare material for sales about the advantages of Mantis Vision product vs. the disadvantages of the competitor products. • Managing customers data base regarding to systems failures and fixes. Requirements • Experience in customers support is must • Preferable 2-3 years of global experience in relevant engineering fields • General technical training/knowledge in electronics, mechanics, optics, University/college degree in a relevant engineering field • Eager to develop and learn on a constant basis • High flexibility due to changes, working hours, intensive travel • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to work as a team member • Open minded, good communication skills • Customer oriented • Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage * The job is in Israel, but requires 50% traveling abroad" |
