"You will be the lead engineer on a highly talented cross-functional team that is responsible for creating and maintaining Company's Media product&services. As a team leader you will: Be responsible for design, development and deployment of all solutions. Be responsible for communication and integration with other teams. Lead the dev team members while still being hands on developer. Plan,schedule,monitor and evaluate the different projects activities,manage changes in order to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure proper testing and monitoring of products during development and post launch. Desired Skills and Experience: Extensive development experience in X/HTML,CSS,Object Oriented JavaScript including the use of AJAX techniques (at least 3 years). Cross-browser compatibility and accessibility-knowledge and commercial experience of accessibility,usability,cross-browser issues and a good understanding of related W3C standards. Experience with designing the architecture for large scale distributed systems. Good development methodologies,coding practices and understanding of SW infrastructures. An ability to rapidly and effectively understand and translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.
