We are looking for a highly motivated, talented and experienced Web developer to join our growing and creative team. The employee should be self-learner, responsible, independent and with ability to lead a remote team. Required Experience and Skills¶ • BA/BSc or equivalent with at least 5+ years of software Web development experience. • JavaScript - MUST!!! • In depth experience with Java web technologies and frameworks - Tomcat, HTTP, Comet, push data. • Experience with HTML 5/CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX. • Strong knowledge of design patterns, especially UI-related. • Strong object oriented design skills, exposure to model based development. • Passion for writing high performance, quality code. • Ability to consider performance, security and user experience at every step of the development process. • Experience with Spring, Java multithreading and synchronization, AOP. • Outstanding communication skills and high personal discipline. • Team Leading experience. Advantages¶ • Knowledge and experience working with ExtJS and ICE (Zeroc) - a definitive plus. • Familiarity with Windows and Linux based development. • Knowledge of build and CI frameworks - Ant, Maven, Hudson/Jenkins. • Experience with remote teams management • Experience with Source control like Mercurial/SVN CV’s to jobs@traderstraffic.com" |
