liat gaber posted a job: Art Director "• A world leading Trading Company located in Tel Aviv, specializing in foreign exchange and financial derivatives trading- (FOREX & CFDs) is looking for Art Director. • Lead the company creative’s sessions from kick-offs till going live – Producing innovative ideas, building design and online/offline branding strategy. • Develop and establish creative’s/design concepts that meet the business objectives of the company and advance our brand strategy • Work with the media/ppc/affiliate team leaders , strategy team, and copywriters to develop concepts while generate multiple concepts and ideas for the campaigns and projects • Manage the in-house team of designers and outsource studios services • Must have Exceptional communication and organizational skills Requirements: • Proven experience in managing in-house studio team and outsource design service • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, or other visual arts • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; must understand Flash and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions • A strong working knowledge of experience design, online brand development, interactive commerce and creative process • Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator & Flash • Experience with Adobe AfterEffects & video editing - strong advantage • Knowledge of HTML, DHTML CSS, Action script • Ability to make evaluative judgments • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments • Passion, Integrity, and Energy! – Must!
