This is a relocation position with generous salary & relocation package. The Mobile Delivery Manager will be responsible for the following: • Lead and mentor the mobile frontend game production development team • Define and ensure compliance with best practice development methodologies such as Agile • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and of high quality • Ensure all development team members provide comprehensive documentation and technical support for applications • Design and develop new applications and features • Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects • Perform peer code reviews • Assist the Delivery Manager in the creation of project plans and ongoing management of project deliverables Experience • Proven experience with managing more than 30 developers and QA teams • 10 years of relevant experience in software management, design and development • Strong development and design experience • Proven ability to lead teams in an Agile environment • Demonstrated ability to build effective teams, motivate, direct and coach staff • Experience with Mobile client technology such as GWT, PlayN, JQuery, HTML5 • Understand MVC software development practices • Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects on time • Computer Science/Engineering degree • Strong web application documentation, design, coding and testing experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Russian native speaker • Excellent communication skills in English Relevant candidates are welcome to send a word / PDF resume (English only) for immediate consideration to: eyal.c@playtech.com"
