"Job Description As the Head of Online Sales you will supervise a full range of the company's advertising partner portfolio. You will be in charge of analyzing inventory, traffic, ad serving and sales and report to the CEO. Responsibilities: • Manage the company's portfolio of advertising partners • Manage trafficking and ad serving • Report daily analytics on traffic & sales • Ongoing optimization of sales and ad serving to effectively manage company's inventory (hands-on) • Ensure revenue targets are reached • Work closely with R&D to promote optimal performance for advertising partners • Assist in locating and contracting new advertising partners. • Day-to-Day operation and management of AnyClip’s monetization systems – optimizing, tweaking and configuring to optimal settings, with the intent of maximizing revenues. (hands-on). • On-going relationship manager with existing ad partners and advertisers – periodic calls and communication with partners (daily, weekly and bi-weekly) Desired Skills & Experience Requirements • 2+ years experience in online advertising industry specifically video advertising. • Expert knowledge in major video and display networks/exchanges with emphasis on video advertising. • Experience in managing video and display ads operation including knowledge and expertise in managing, configuring and tweaking ad servers. • Strong online experience and understanding of online marketing, support, sales & technology. • A comprehensive understanding of the online media marketplace. • Strong communication, operations and analytical skills. • Proven ability to balance the need of the customer. • Ability to work with advertising partners to find solutions to challenges they face. • Rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive “can-do” approach. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – in English • Experience in project management - an advantage • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong problem solving skills • Strong quantitative analysis skills"
