"Job Responsibilities: • Manage testing team of 5-6 engineers/practical engineers including; recruitment, training, empowerment, personal and professional motivation. • Design teams and individual tasks according to the company long-term forecasts. • Laboratory management that supports multiple projects simultaneously. • Troubleshooting, analysis and follow up till solution. • Implementation of new tools and processes laboratory (automation, Python scripts etc.) • Real-time troubleshooting and meet deadlines. • Management team activity with various product development managers in Israel and abroad in daily basis. • Integrations & Debug capabilities – experience in products w/ HW+ASIC+FW, Logic Analyzer, Scope, Debuggers etc. Requirements: • BSc/BA degree or equivalent in Computer Science/SW Engineering/Electrical or Electronic Engineering. • 8 or more years of experience in testing products based on SW/HW. • 5 or more years of experience in direct management of testing products based on SW/HW. • Knowledge & experience w/ scripting language – PHP, Perl, MySQL, Java script, html. • Knowledge in configuration control and bug tracking tools such as Accurev, or any other configuration tool. • Experience in troubleshoot and Failure Analysis - excellent planning and problem solving skills. • Outstanding management skills . • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills. • Proven managing multiple projects simultaneously. • The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. • Ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives. • High level skills in developing, mentoring, empowering, managing, and supporting staff. • Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented with creative think. • Very good communication skills in English – Reading, Written and verbal. • Personally committed and dedicated full time to drive the team forward • Willingness to work long hours."
