"Be a part of 10 person strong team providing IT support to 1000+ internal customers across 4 offices within Israel. You will be responsible for providing Level 2 support for but not limited to: Win XP & 7 OS, Dell & Lenovo Desktop & Laptops, Cisco VOIP, IOS, Android & BB, Full suite of Cisco Collaboration tools, LiveMeeting. Principal Duties & Responsibilities • Level 2 Support – Resolve tickets assigned by global helpdesk in all areas of end user support • Support our Training & Events Center – You will work closely with our operations and training groups to fully support their event needs • New Hire Support – You will be responsible for provisioning laptops, desk phones etc for New Hires as well as provide basic training. • Partake in local & global projects Skills • Highly motivated and ability to work in high pressure demanding environment • Proficient in Windows XP & Windows 7 OS • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Working knowledge of Cisco VOIP, Cisco Teleprsence, Cisco Jabber, Webex • Proficient in Multimedia Technologies • High standard of English • Working knowledge of Linux Education Required: Associate Technical Degree or equivalent Experience Required: 1+ please send your cv: tali.friedman@emc.com"
