SiteBlackBox HR has started a discussion: SiteBlackBox is looking for an Integration & Customer Support Representative "Description: Integration & Customer Support Representative Integration & Support Job Duties: ● Handling pre-sales activities and support the sales team ● Handling all post-sales activities ● Perform service installations on customer servers. ● Configure service to customer’s needs. ● Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. ● Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. ● Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. ● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Technical Skills/Qualifications: ● Knowledge and experience with Linux and Linux servers. ● Knowledge of networking, Good knowledge of HTTP. TCP/IP, FireWalls, LBAs, ADCs ● Basic knowledge in programming: ● Scripting knowledge - Shell, PHP, Python, Perl. ● Basic knowledge of HTML, JS. ● Familiar with Apache/NGinx Personal Skills/Qualifications: ● Experience with customer service ● Quality focus ● Problem solving ● Teamwork ● Strong written and oral communication skills in English (optionally + another language) ● Experience in launching new products ● Self managed CVs to jobs@siteblackbox.com" | ||||||
