Chen Hochman-Siklier posted a job: Radware is looking for SL PS Engineer in HQ - CV to: jobs@radware.com "Radware is looking for a motivated, experienced FastView Professional Services Engineer to act as a systems expert and the main point of technical contact between our internal sales department for implementation activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Act as the Professional Services Engineer for assigned customers. • Retain full-breadth knowledge of all aspects of the FastView product. • Assist with evaluation of benefits during the sales process. • Assist SEs during configuration and installation when required, including analysis, design, and coordination. • Significant customer interaction during the implementation process including: o Remote (and occasional on-site) product installation, implementation o Remote (and occasional on-site) training to customers about use and administration of FastView. o Assist an SE to establish internal plans to communicate with the customer as required for the successful completion of the implementation. o Advanced analysis and configuration of treatments. o Assist SEs to ensure technical qualification is fully completed. o Manual monitoring of FastView installations to ensure healthy behavior. • Post-sales assistance with support when required. • Creation of customer deployment reference documents and internal training on such when required. • Work with and train channel partner SEs to successfully complete product evaluations and installations for customers. • Review, testing, and creation of content for technical knowledgebase. • Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements • Be an expert in front-end optimization, including testing and evaluating performance, diagnosing performance bottlenecks, and identifying barriers and resolutions. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 3 years of technical implementation experience with the ability to rapidly generate client trust and confidence. • Ability to build and manage customer relationships including diffusing complicated technical and political situations with enterprise customers. • Experience in teaching new software to technical users. • Strong understanding of HTTP protocol, HTML and other web technologies, especially experience coding in JavaScript (CSS3 and HTML5 a plus). • Knowledge and operating experience with Load Balancing, WAN optimization and network devices (routers, switches, etc.). • Strong understanding of network infrastructure concepts (TCP/IP), network devices (firewalls, proxy servers, etc.). • Experience in a Linux environment (preferably Ubuntu). • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action. • Ability to handle technical issues of any degree of complexity without direct supervision or need for assistance. • Ability to work independently, self-motivated. • Comfortable working in a busy project-based environment, excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and customer service skills. • Ability to learn new technologies independently. • Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
