Job Responsibilities: • Plan, write, edit, and maintain technical documents such as developer guides, API references and user tutorials for technical users. • Work closely with product, R&D, QA, and Customer Services to plan and create documentation. • Write and explain code examples and demos. • Participate in features’ specifications. Requirements: • English native language Level. • Programming experience, preferable web programming- Must • Proven experience creating technical documentation intended for developers. • A demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex systems, code, implementation and integration processes. • Experience creating quality documentation from product/technical specifications, engineer interviews, and working with pre-release software. • Familiarity with the following programming languages: HTML, Javascript, CSS, PHP, Java. • Exceptional writing skills, and ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that is clear, simple and easy to understand. • Ability to learn independently and grasp new technical fields quickly. • A good team player.
