Chen Hochman-Siklier posted a job: Radware is hiring Quality Manager- position in Jerusalem "Jon Description: • Ensures adherence to the operating policies and procedures as mandated to ensure accuracy of products as per order and achieve optimum service delivery. • Establish QA metrics and tracking. Plans or oversees the planning of the system and acceptance tests and coordinates the execution of these plans • Establish QA process and guidelines • Supports the Operations in identifying areas of improvement to maintain systems and operating procedures that support the delivery of required services. • Works in collaboration with the third party supplier/s to impose the necessary guidelines to ensure that day-to-day orders are matching and in compliance to the ordered product specifications, quality and volume. • Implement automatic testing tools & processes in production and integration lines. • Maintains a log or checklist of operating guidelines to be utilized for standard checking • Keeps a record of return orders and supports the initiated measures that prevent and minimize rejections/wastage. • Reports all relevant discrepancies and feedback on service delivery provided by the third party supplier and suggests measures to ensure meeting delivery plan and timelines. Key Success Indications: • Reliable measuring tools. • Low level of RTV/DOA/RMA. Requirements: • Qualifications in Quality Assurance/Control and Reports Preparation; • At least 7 years of experience in QA in a development environment • At least 3 years of experience in similar position • Experience with ISO 9000 process. • High level of Customer Service Orientation • Organizational Skills • English – excellent (talking, writing, reading) • Relevant Academic Degree. • * Candidates from Tel Aviv/Jerusalem areas, if Tel Aviv, the position will include rides Part of the time to Radware branch in Jerusalem.
