The job includes: •Design, support, implementation and integration of the Global VoIP network. • Responsible for end to end VOIP operations: configuration, performance, high-availability, reliability. • Design, develop, build and enhance the Voice Services platform and supporting infrastructure • Create product requirements, system design, and system configuration documentation • Work with engineering teams to integrate new products and service offerings into the voice services infrastructure • Maintain and support production and development environments. Requirements: o BSc in computer science /Engineering Program – Advantage. o 3+ years hands on experience working in the VoIP Telecommunication industry in similar positions o Working knowledge and recent experience with AcmePacket SBC o Proficiency engineering large scale Telephony and VoIP production networks o Experience in supporting mission-critical 24x7 Voip and Network services o Experience with network troubleshooting tools such as sniffer, probes, debug logs o Working experience with switch,routers and checkpoint firewalls o Firewall, SER/OpenSER Session Controllers/Proxies and Media Gateways –advantage o Call generator:Sipp,pjsip,abacus–advantage o High self-management, Effective communication,Influence others, Methodoligical work,Flexibility CV Send to: Jobs@jajah.com" | |||||
