Supporting the end-users with back-office systems and services, hardware setup, infrastructure systems, suppliers and any other Helpdesk daily activity. Work in shifts according to Helpdesk team policy twice a month on Friday 09:00-14:00 and once a week 09:00 – 21:00 (12 hours). Shifts are mandatory! Deploy maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure, applications, services and systems on daily base. Responsibility for the infrastructure regular operation, performance, availability and security. Infrastructure responsibility: Linux & Windows environments: servers and workstations, Networking, Backups and Storage Liaise with Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for problems, changes and future plans. Provide regular reports of incidents, problems, change, risk analysis and any other IT operation reports. Necessary skills  2-3 years Linux environments – MUST!  Understanding Storage technologies – SAN/NAS  Understanding RAID technology.  Networking: passive, active, L2 & L3 switches  Network protocols: DNS, NFS, DHCP, SAMBA, LDAP, CIFS  Windows-7 & Windows-XP desktops installations & troubleshooting  PC hardware installation and assembling.  Ability to work alone or as part of a team, and ability to manage own workload  Good documentation and reporting skills.  2-3 years’ experience in Linux environments and platforms: Ubuntu & RedHat  Experience in Scripting: sh / bash / tcsh / other  Experience in LAMP architecture – big advantage  Experience with Linux security: IPtables, system hardening  Experience in backup methodology, tools and solutions  3 years of windows desktops experience, installations & troubleshooting  CV’s to jobs@traderstraffic.com"
