This is a relocation position Tartu, Estonia. Company is paying generous relocation package! Responsibilities: • Leading Focal contact for all product development and delivery issues. • Full responsibility for the software development and delivery process (requirements, design, coding, QA, deployment, support). • Planning, budgeting, staffing, driving performance, continuous quality and process improvement. Qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience managing a development group of at least 35 people. • Previous experience in Java programming • Experience in building server-based systems • Solid track record of leading multi-functional teams. • Formal degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. • Strong leadership. • Excellent technical and communication skills. • Staffing experience. • Willing to relocate • Fluency in English is must.
