The Contracts manager is the legal authority for the Companies commercial agreements, and is responsible, along with the project managers, for their implementation from the negotiation stage and for the duration of the projects. Direct responsibility for a variety of operational activities within the project management division. The job involves interfacing with various groups, both within the company and external organizations. Qualifications: Qualified lawyer with clear commercial orientation, with at least 2 years experience practicing commercial law with technology companies. Experience with drafting and handling complex contracts in English, with an emphasis on technology license agreements.
