Galit Landman Gabbay posted a job: Sales Coordinator "Sales Coordinator An Israeli branch of an international global company, leading in communications and marketing services, is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated sales coordinator: Our offices are located in Ramat-Gan but the role is based on a work from home model . Fulltime position from Sunday through Thursday, 09:00-17:30. Flexible starting and finishing hours. The sales coordinator will be in charge of: - Working with customers – setting orders from clients, coordinating with overseas operation - Back office support for the sales staff - opening client’s accounts, customers support - Coordination & administrative assistance to Head of Sales - Ongoing work with overseas offices (CS, Ops, Marketing and Finance departments) - Up sell to existing clients - Basic bookkeeping - Updating company website and social network tools - Creating reports & lists for clients from company databases Requirements: - Proven experience in an international company - customer service / customer support / sales support – a must - Excellent English, Fluent Hebrew. An English native speaker– a huge advantage. - Computer and Internet Savvy – a must. - A bachelors’ degree (BA in Communication or Marketing – an advantage) - Experience of working from home (an advantage) - Sales oriented - Knowledge & experience with social networks tools .
