Nave Ronen has started a discussion: A young software company is seeking an Office Manager / Junior Marketing Assistant

"Main Responsibilities • Office management: Office maintenance, handling post & filing, receiving calls, Track invoices sent and received and liaise with company bookkeeper • PA to CEO: Assisting the CEO and the team with travel, schedule meetings, reports etc… • HR Administration: Scheduling interview meetings, keeping track of recruiting process, onboarding new employees • General Assistance and involvement in company activities and projects • Assist marketing manager with executing the marketing plan • Provide office-based support to Marketing as requested • Assist with sales order processing and purchasing Requirements • Meaningful administrative experience - 2 years minimum • Academic Degree • Fluent written and spoken English The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, be proficient in MS Office Word and Excel, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
