Requirements: 1. ability to lead a team - good skills in interacting\communicating with people, ability to motivate & drive people for results, high sense of accountability, ability to crisply define & monitor people's tasks, ability to work under stressed conditions. 2. highly motivated with “can-do” approach. 3. 5+ years of hands-on experience. 4. mastery of SQL & NoSQL databases – must. 5. experience in building and handling big-data solutions. 6. good knowledge of MySQL & stored procedures is desired. 7. mastery of building and working with cloud environment – must. 8. experience in development in Linux environment using open source tools & components. 9. experience in Java and/or C/C++. 10. experience in designing complex & scalable systems is desired. 11. knowledge of the financial market – nice to have. 12.
