General Job Description: The role is based on former online campaign management & performance optimization experience, leading the candidate to the ability to handle the variety of platforms that are currently in use at MindAd Media. The platforms are relevant re Google, Facebook, Display, Native, and more. The role also includes: ¨ Analysis of platforms and knowhow of their "inside" information ¨ Providing authority -for the team- re all platforms; in Tech & online modes ¨ Analysis and optimization of all advertising campaigns ¨ Monitoring & optimization- on an ongoing basis Qualifications & Skills: ¨ Mandatory: a minimum of two years of experience in online performance roles ¨ A valid advantage is knowledge in Google systems/platforms ¨ A valid advantage is any former managerial experience (at work or at army service) ¨ Proven ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment ¨ English language proficiency at a high level: both written and verbal ¨ Highly analytical capabilities, analytical understanding and ease with campaign numbers ¨ Independent and team worker ¨ Advanced Excel skills - http://ift.tt/2cFlPQX
