"Senior Technical Consultant – Implementation Center Professional Services Position Description As a member of the ClickSoftware Professional Services Group, the Senior Technical Consultant is a key player in an exciting, customer interfacing role that couples technical and customer relationship skills to successfully implement ClickSoftware’s product offerings. The Senior Technical Consultant will work within defined project teams to perform the technical implementation and necessary application configuration and development outlined during customer requirements meetings. Reporting to the Implementation Center Manager of Professional Services, the Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for completing tasks on one or more concurrent projects and reporting status to the assigned Project Manager. The Senior Technical Consultant will also assume some technical lead responsibilities in smaller scale projects, where a full project team is not required, or desired. The Senior Technical Consultant, as part of its assignment in the Implementation Center group, will assume to be relocated to one of ClickSoftware’s major customers and will be fully positioned on-site after a qualification period. Primary Responsibilities • Work with the Solutions Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution. Involves application configuration and development • Provide technical support to the customer during the implementation phase • Assist with the installation of ClickSoftware products on-site • Assist customer with fine-tuning the application functionality and service optimization algorithms to meet customer’s business objectives • Provide on-site support to customer during the testing and go-live phases to ensure a successful deployment • Assist customer or third party integrator to develop interfaces to ClickSoftware products’ APIs Required Skills/Experience • B.A or B.Sc in Computer Science or Engineering • At least 5 years of experience in technical hands-on position • Experience working with VB.NET/C++/VB • Experience with Oracle and MS SQL-Server • Experience with development of Web-based business applications, using XML, ASP, and VBScript (preferable) • Experience with Professional Services position is an advantage • Strong desire to work both in design and in 'hands-on' implementation modes in the delivery of ClickSoftware solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew & English • Willingness to travel, as the job requires (estimated at 33%-50%) • Willingness to relocate within a year and a half from recruitment Cv: Einat.cohen@clicksoftware.com"
