"Requirements Applicants MUST have- 1. Academic degree in Industrial Management Engineering or similar. 2. System analysis experience. 3. 2-3 year of experience leading IT implementations in large scale organizations. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English. 5. Leadership skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor. 6. Service oriented and excellent people skills. 7. Strong technical grasp and DB knowledge (Oracle/SQL). 8. Experience in leading quality processes implementation (Deviation, CAPA, Complaint, Audit) – an advantage. 9. Experience in a pharmaceutical / medical device company – an advantage. 10.
