Group: משרות הייטק בין חברים, לפני שמתפרסמות בלוחות וחברות השמה Subject: Ceragon is looking for Legal Counsel Shira Katz-Altman posted a job: Ceragon is looking for Legal Counsel "Responsibilities •Assist in the direction of legal services for an international telecommunication public traded company. •Preparing and reviewing various legal documents such as Tender Documentation (RFP), Turnkey Agreements, Distribution Agreements and License and Development Agreements. •Assist in contract negotiations, interpretation and drafting of contract terms and conditions for all departments of the company (Sales, R&D, Operations, and Finance). •To liaise with the Company’s outside legal counsels for commercial matters. •Implementing the legal processes and policies required to affect the obligations and rights of the company. Requirement: •Practiced commercial law (high Tec experience – advantage) for five to seven years in one of the top law firms in Israel or as in-house in legal department (in house experience – advantage). •Working independently in order to bring tasks to closure. Working in parallel on several deals. •Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively to meet aggressive deadlines. •Willingness to fly overseas for negotiations (5-6 times per year). •Team player. •High written and verbal communication skills both in English and Hebrew – other languages – advantage. •English mother tongue - advantage •Very good administration and organizational skills.
