The TAM becomes a trusted advisor to the customer by presenting a personal support experience and builds a strong relationship through an in-depth understanding of customer goals and needs. The TAM has a comprehensive view of customer product and support requests, understands and champions the customer business needs within LivePerson and provides guidance on our Platform and Products. The TAM handles his customers Tier3 level support cases. The TAM plays a pivotal role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty through ensuring exceptional service and creating value. The TAM is the liaison between the internal technical departments and the business to identify, analyze, research, and resolve inquiries on all operational aspects of LivePerson deployed for the customer"
