"Novogoma is seeking a Social community manager for a part time job -50% position. Responsibilities: • Customer Relations and Community Management • Creation, optimization and execution of promotional activities • Manage all communication channels with customers: Fan Pages, Posts, emails, banner promotion, etc. • Marketing content writing as well as working closely with designers • Identify, test and implement new opportunities to improve conversion, retention, player value and overall customer satisfaction • Maintain email best practices including email design Requirements: • At least 1 year experience managing a Facebook social communities (experience in the gaming industry – an advantage) • Excellent marketing content writing abilities • Fluent English (mother tongue level) • Deep understanding of the US market – an advantage • Strong understanding of email delivery and deliverability issues – an advantage • Experience in performing analytics to monitor end-to-end campaign performance – an advantage • Good working knowledge of HTML and Good technical skills – an advantage • Initiator, creative, details oriented, well organized, independent , ability to learn quickly, multi-tasking, great interpersonal skills, team player jobs-israel@neogames.com"
