For immediate hire, the right candidate must have impeccable multi-tasking capabilities as this position wears many hats and is the focal point of the company. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this position works closely with all management functions and performs the following duties (not an exhaustive list): • Accounting - credit card transaction management and payments, invoice review and processing in online bill payment system, managing budgets. • HR Administration (new employee paperwork, vacation/sick calendar management, employee exit paperwork). • Organize welfare activities. • Arranging travel for all employees, utilizing a variety of pricing options, including Priceline, Kayak, etc. • Calendar management for multiple managers; meeting scheduling; GoToMeeting management • Manage kitchen and office supplies, phone system/voicemail, vendor relations, customer relations, office equipment and furniture, etc. • Front-desk - answering calls, opening/disbursing mail, greeting visitors Requirements • 4+ years experience in office administration/management or executive assistant role • Google Docs/Mail/Calendar • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) • HR Administration • Travel arrangements (Kayak, Priceline, Hotwire, etc) • Calendar management • English - High level • Multi-tasking a MUST • Strong organization a MUST • Positive attitude a MUST CV to: jobs@correlsense.com" | |||||
