Taking a part in defining the user experience of new products and features, and in improving the user experience of existing ones. Define user interface standards in line with industry’s leading concepts. Coach developers how to use these standards effectively, and promote use of common standards across multiple products Requirement: 2 years of experience in all stages of UI design (requirements capturing, study & analysis, conceptual & detailed design) Ability to independently creating mockups and prototypes Ability to independently create clear and useful documents. Ability to grasp complex systems, and to communicate effectively with “technical guys” (users and developers) Desired characteristics: creative, independent, ability to work under pressure Relevant academic degree, an advantage. Experience with usability testing, an advantage.
