To be updated on new technologies and market trend - focus on security trends and solutions. • Manage software project. • Ensure completion on schedule and within budget. • Provide product 1 St level Support to internal users world-wide through regular sales calls. Maintain and build new relationships. • Manage the Human Resources of the project team. Retain key employees. • Act as information source on organizational policies and procedures. • Perform remote training to groups and designated people world-wide. • Support the product roll-out and provide Sales & Marketing tools and documentation, available also on-line. • Present security features and solutions to customers. • Assure that the local data security and other guidelines are followed. Skills • Computer Science degree (MBA preferred). • Minimum of 5 years experience as a senior software team leader. • Technical background, with experience in web applications and security in Windows environment. • Familiar with the Clinical Devices. • Experience in Agile. • Experience in MsProject. • Effective communication skills and influence capabilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
