We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv. "Position Summary: The R&D Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all technical and R&D aspects of the company. The R&D TL works with Executive Management to grow the company through the use of technological resources. Using an active and practical approach, the R&D TL will direct all employees in IT and R&D departments to attain the company’s strategic goals established in the company’s strategic plan. Responsibilities/Duties: Responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of technology development, according to the strategic direction and growth objectives. Leading the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships as well as building and managing the technology team. Establishing technical standards and ensuring. Supervise software testing, and information systems security and maintenance. Direct the company’s strategic internal R&D and future growth. Work in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, sales, compliance and customer support as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the company’s culture, mission and values. Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of development in-house. Education and Experience: BSc in related field and at least 10 years’ experience in the development arena, at least 7 years management and strategic experience in this field. Must possess proficiency in PHP Abilities: Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff. Ability to effectively manage R&D and IT teams. Ability to think and act strategically and proactively. Strong writing and presentation skills.
