The sales & office administrator will be in charge of : Sales coordination, back office services to the sales team, maintaining databases in outlook ,search and manage contacts on the net (LinkedIn, Skype, etc.) , managing meetings and travels abroad, preparing presentations, office management, handling budget and basic accounting issues, and managing special logistics & marketing projects. Our requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills.
