The IT Engineer will work as an individual contributor and report to the infrastructure Team Leader. Main responsibilities: • Local IT smooth operations • Users support including: PC, Laptop, Mobile, work environment, software, backup, etc. • Maintain Asset & License management • Manage IT purchases utilizing Priority system and annual budget planning • Manage the support requests for all users locally, and working with remote parties (ticketing system, video / voice conferences) • Maintain SLA and customer satisfaction • Creating visibility on IT activities and provide efficient solutions for problems. Requirements: • Minimum 3 year experience in the field • Good technical knowledge with Microsoft technologies: Lync, Windows 7 / 8, Exchange 2010/2013/Office 365, AD, etc. • Experience working with Mail relay – Pine App, anti-virus – Trend Micro, Polycom Video Conferencing, Lenovo Laptops, etc. • Basic knowledge with networking & switching, WIFI, Servers, VMware, HP Blades and server room infrastructure. • Ability to lead small projects with high sense of responsibility and accountability. • Service and customer oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English. • Strong technology orientation with prompt ability to adopt • Methodological, Flexibility, Communication skills, Accountability CV please send to: jobs@Jajah.com" | |||||
