We are looking for hands-on manager with proven ability to direct and improve quality programs, reducing defects and improving overall efficiency and productivity. In addition, highly adept at developing and implementing test strategies, operational procedures and quality methodologies to support development and release of business applications in international geographically dispersed company. The position requires good communication with other groups all over the company (Development, production, Support etc.) Requirements At list 4-5 years as a QA team leader with hands on experience - Must At list 4 years' experience as a developer/ data modeler/ data flow designer of BI systems Strong understand and experience in the BI world - familiar with data modeling, ETL systems and B tools (Cognos, Microstrategy, ect.) Understanding of development life cycle in SCRUM (Agile) world Comfortable working in Linux/Unix and Windows environment - Must Knowledge and experience in Hadoop, Vertica - Advantage Knowledge in Java / C# automated testing and frameworks. Good communication and presentation skills (Hebrew and English) Strong understanding of web and web-related technologies BSC.
