Job Description: • Technical management of the development team activities and systems • Optimizing the department work methods • Preparing technical specifications for R&D projects Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in managing multiple, highly technical R&D teams. • Proven experience (at least 3 years) with ROR or PHP preferred or any other OOP based language. • Ability to take a software project and manage its life cycle end to end while mentoring the team and performing code reviews. • Experience with agile environments, including continues integration, automated testing and TDD. • Vast experience with web products. • Experience with client side technologies HTML, CSS and vast experience in JS and one of the common JS frameworks like Ember.js or AngularJS. • Experience with Linux based development • Strong knowledge of database technologies • Experience with online advertising / AdTech –advantage • Experience with Big Data – advantage. • Outstanding communication skills and high personal discipline • Management abilities Full Time position, located in Herzliya-Pituach.
