OzVision delivers continuous cloud-based video services for the home automation and security market. The company is a privately-held US company with R&D in Israel (Hod Hasharon) and major client installations worldwide. We are searching for Director of Finance for a period of six months + part time position-60%. Job description: Own the finance and accounting activities for both Israel subsidiary and US parent company. Manage the company’s reporting to shareholders, and board members. Manage the Company’s cash flow Planning and overseeing company budgets Manage the company’s cap table and the company’s financing procedures. Consolidate LTD and INC books and produce necessary reporting for management, shareholders and tax authorities. Lead the company’s relationship with auditors and advisors. Own payroll activities, both for LTD and Inc. Including new employee’s working contracts, ESOP grants, and social benefits. Preparing financial models and projections and analysis them. A temporary and part time position- 60%. Desired Skills and Experience: CPA / Finance MA. from Big 4 Experience in accounting. Experience in a multi-currency environment Experience of consolidation and cash flow management 5-10 years of experience in the field. Experience in a similar role for a startup company Self started, self motivated Excellent communication skills (verbal and written, in Hebrew and English).
