We are an affiliate/publisher for events, attractions, hotels and other tourist oriented products. The person we are looking for, would be responsible for aggressively growing this business thru: - Increasing exposure on our site - Increasing traffic and conversion for the products - Negotiating better offers/ commissions with our partners - Adding new profitable product lines We look for a senior person: below are the minimum requirements, but more senior candidates are welcome and appreciated. * Minimum of 3 years affiliate marketing experience, preferably in online commerce/retail. * BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business. * Knowledge of ecommerce and internet-based business models. * Experience evaluating creative messages, analyzing results and optimizing campaigns. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills. * Candidate must have strong analytical and presentation skills, be detail oriented and a self-starter. * Retail experience with search engine, online advertising, and/or direct marketing strongly preferred. please send your CV to - jobs_il1@broadwaybox.com"
