Group: משרות הייטק בין חברים, לפני שמתפרסמות בלוחות וחברות השמה itay foyerstein has started a discussion: Field Service Engineer | Customer Support & Service "Responsibilities: On-site implementation of company platforms and services Field integration of telephony services on mobile providers premises Planning of product implementation lifecycle from system production through on-site installation, integration, and ATP Responsbile for all delivery aspects in front of company customers (externally) Responsbile for all internal delivery aspects in front of company personnel Required knowledge and experience: Engineering Degree - expertise in telecommunications/computers - an advantage At least 4 years of experience in the telecom field: as an FSE with a telecom vendor or in a technical position with a mobile operator network – an advantage Knowledge and experience in the following fields: Mobile telephony; GSM, Signaling, IP, SS7, Sigtran Technical “hands on” capabilities – experience in installations & support, system integrations, in IP, SS7 & security issues in GSM environment and with operating systems (Windows/Linux) Excellent service skills Willingness to travel frequently (50% of the time) Full command of the English language.
