Group: משרות הייטק בין חברים, לפני שמתפרסמות בלוחות וחברות השמה Subject: Head of Delivery Competency Canter (VP/DIRECTOR LEVEL) Anat Shelef posted a job: Head of Delivery Competency Canter (VP/DIRECTOR LEVEL) "VP Head of Delivery Competency Canter (VP Delivery) The VP Delivery has responsibility for the Delivery for a group of accounts, on engagements valued in tens of millions of dollars, including : • Delivery of product base solutions for a group of accounts from initiation until production stabilization • Development & Delivery of solutions for existing legacy accounts (not based on a product) • Maintenance for accounts in production The VP Delivery manages a matrix organization which is based on a Delivery Competency Center. The center is composed from the following lines : • System Analysis • Development • Infrastructure (Delivery Support) • Testing • Migration The Delivery Managers (DM) lead the overall delivery of the account. In the beginning of a project, the LMs allocate dedicated teams to the projects. The employees are managed in a matrix manner by the LM and the Delivery Manager. Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Practical Engineer (Computers) / Industrial & Management Engineering. • Technical background • Experience in management of large scale delivery/development projects (hundreds of Man Months) which are based on Core product which is still in development & stabilization phase… • Experience in managing large group of employees • Ability to work in a matrix • IT and applications expertise קורות חיים למייל: einat@shelef-hr.com"
