We are looking for a highly motivated, talented and experienced Java Team Leader to join our growing and creative team. The employee should be sel-learner, responsible, independent and with ability to lead a remote team. Main Responsibilities: Architecture oversight as well as facilitate all IT infrastructure projects implementation to meet business needs Play an effective business partnering roles to IT clients to fulfill operational level agreement Close collaboration with associates and leads from various departments and branches, businesses and functions to communicate and implement project plans. Maintain IT documentation up to date. Daily watch on team members work, delegate work and set priorities and deliveries Review the team Performance Motivate the team Create, maintain and deliver IT reports to the management. Necessary work experience (please specify) 3-5 years of experience as IT Team Leader in online, real-time service provider organization, directly managing Senior Administrators and help desk team 4 or more years of hands on experience as a Network Administrator, Windows or Linux System Administrator Experience with mainstream venders of laptops, desktops, servers, network devices and storage devices: HP, Dell, IBM, Cisco, Juniper, NetApp Experience with ITIL – advantage Necessary skills At least 5 years’ experience as Windows or Linux System Administrator Knowledge of backup and restore techniques and technology Firewall: preferred Cisco, Juniper and Checkpoint. Well known the internet world: DNS, web servers, mail servers, etc… VoIP experience especially with Asterisk. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communications skills Solid English skills: written and verbal Big-picture-oriented, self-managed and creative, multidisciplinary, ability to work under pressure CV’s to jobs@traderstraffic.com"
