The environment is fast paced and dynamic, requiring solid technical experience and ability to quickly adapt to change. Be ready to learn a lot! Required Experience and Skills • BA/BSc or equivalent with at least 5+ years of software development experience. • In depth experience with Java and J2EE stacks - Servlets, Hibernate/JPA, JDBC, Spring etc`. • Deep knowledge of low-level Java multithreading, locking and synchronization and java.util.concurrent.* package. • Knowledge of database technologies – MySql or MSSQL. • Strong object oriented design skills, exposure to model based development. • Passion for writing high performance, quality code. • Ability to consider scalability, performance, security and user experience at every step of the development process. • Familiarity with Linux based development - Bash. Advantages • Experience with web technologies and frameworks - Tomcat, HTTP, GWT, GXT. • Outstanding communication skills and high personal discipline. • Knowledge of build and CI frameworks - Maven, Hudson/Jenkins.
