The position is new as part of deployment of new Technical support’ team to meet the business requirements.  Managing a team of 3 system administrators Linux and Windows providing first tier support, facing internal customers.  Managing tasks and priorities, SLA, risks and crises management, systems availability, performance, capacity and security on daily base.  Liaise with Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for changes and future plans.  Liaise with 3rd parties, outsourcing, management and other business units required for the regular IT operation.  Responsible for deliveries for T1 customers, point of escalation for the internal customer and R&D, involved in the entire project stages (specs closure, planning, development, testing, deployment & Roll-out).  Creating regular reports of availability, capacity, performance and trends, SLA, change, incidents and problems.  Provide support to internal customers for any systems and/or services problems and/or requirements. Provide on call support out of working hours. Necessary skills:  Strong team leader experience  2-3 years’ experience with customer support processes and methodologies  Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows.  Experience with project management methodologies and tools  Well known the internet world: DNS, web servers, mail servers, etc  Familiarity with ITIL - advantage  Self-learning  Strong communication skills  Purveyor of good managerial experience, interpersonal relationships, leadership, a “decision maker”.  A practical 1-2 years of Linux and Windows systems experience  A practical 2-3 years of projects management  A practical 2-3 years of team management  A practical 1 year of technical writing  ITIL certified – Advantage CV’s to jobs@traderstraffic.com"
