To join the Design team responsible for brands’ Marketing materials. Designing elements from kick-off & concept through entire design process to going live. Establish curative’s/design concepts that meet the business objectives of the company and advance our brand strategy. Work with the marketing teams and copywriters to develop concepts while generating multiple concepts and ideas for the campaigns and projects Requirements: • Graduate of a design institution • 3+ years of experience as a web designer at an online marketing company / Advertisement agency designing Banners/Landing Pages and Mailers through concept creation & design. • Proven experience with Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator & Flash • Flash action scripts – must • Knowledge and understanding of UX/UI thinking • HTML - must • CSS/DHTML – strong advantage • InDesign / Offline experience - strong advantage • Experience with designing e-commerce in a worldwide company • Very good English – Must Other Languages – Strong advantage. • Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills together with great social skills and ability to accept feedback. • Ability to keep up with short time-frame of design, while maintaining attention to detail • Willingness to work extra hours in a dynamic, fast changing, challenging and demanding environment Please make sure to send your working portfolio CV’s to jobs@traderstraffic.com"
