Shira Itzhaki posted a job: Dealply is looking for Publisher Recruiter/Account Manager: "General Job description The Publisher Recruiter/Account Manager will assist the Director of Partnerships to maintain relationships with bundle partners, toolbar/add-on partners and all other distribution partners, proactively seek new business opportunities, planning and setting up campaigns, analyzing data and optimizing to maximize performance & reach profit objectives. Primary responsibilities • Locate, contact, negotiate and recruit new publishers- including negotiate agreements, close deals, and support new business opportunities. • Establish, develop and expend relationships with existing publishers- including creative management, trafficking and technical implementation. • Implementing constant improvements and creative solutions to increase performance and volume, reporting to partners and solving technical issues with partners. • Monitoring campaigns performance, analyzing campaigns data and optimizing in order to maximize performance, distribution, revenue and reach business objectives. • Lead generation for new distribution channels/opportunities • Represent the company at tradeshows, conventions and events in order to recruit new publishers and maintain existing partnerships. Requirements • B.A/ BSc degree – A must (Economics/Finance/Business administration - an advantage). • At least 1 year of experience in digital / online media / mobile sales. • Analytical, negotiation skills and sales oriented -A Must. • The perfect candidate must be pro-active, professional, responsible, organized, multi-tasking, self-motivated, very dedicated, and demonstrate a passion for excellence and success. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Mother tongue level in English is required, both verbal and written.
