Nadav Alon posted a job: Dell Israel is looking for Project Program Managment Senior Advisor "Working for Dell’s EMEA OEM Solutions Division, one of the company’s fastest growing divisions, this position is instrumental in the launch of our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) capabilities focused on EMEA-based customers. Our mission is to rapidly develop the European OEM market consisting of companies across various industry verticals that utilize computing hardware as part of their own solutions, i.e. “brains of a bigger machine”. This position will actively work with OEM Solutions sales management and sales-makers to recommend and implement processes that best address the varying needs of our OEM customers (e.g. fulfilment solutions) all across the EMEA region. The responsibilities for this critical role in the EMEA OEM Solutions team include leading the management and execution of cross-functional programs. This includes developing program goals that support the business objectives and developing and executing strategies and plans to meet the goals. Identifying and implementing process and productivity improvements and assisting in the integration of complex business factors to develop and implement long-term strategic planning objectives is required. Additional responsibilities include working to enable the revenue generation cycle where required. Requirements: . 3-5 years of experience in a project managment role. · Organizing and planning skills. . Strong communication and influencing skills. · Priority setting and decision making skills. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment. · Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a dynamic environment. · Ability to work with a multi cultural, multi-locational team. · Ability to present clear and concise information to team, internal customers, and external customers. · Facilitation skills to lead meetings. · Ability to build effective teams, lead extended teams and meet deadlines. · Experience in program management including planning and senior management interface and influencing. · Ability to manage daily workflow as required to meet departmental and customer requirements. · Demonstrate attentiveness to quality and productivity. .
