Ron Rabinowicz has started a discussion: Content Manager Needed: Activetrail is looking for a part-time Digital Content Manager to execute our strategy! If you are experience with digital content management or writing you could be the one "Responsibilities: • Develop, manage & publish content. • Support and maintain content strategy for ActiveTrail’s digital media. • Manage the content creation and updates across multiple websites. • Create original content for digital publishing. • Edit content from other sources to leverage it for digital publishing. • Plan, manage and execute content calendar. • Work on different digital media including publications, PDFs, PowerPoints, tutorials, newsletters, web content, multimedia content, and social content; serve as gatekeeper to ensure that standards are met prior to content publication. • Monitor Content Effectiveness • Leverage SEO best practices to help ensure content findability. Basic Qualifications (required): • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, multimedia, business, or related field. • Experience with WordPress or other Content Management System (CMS) • Familiarity creating and managing content across multiple (web, mobile, social) platforms. • Experience in writing for digital media and/or managing web properties. Broad knowledge of web content development, digital publishing, e-mail, and social media best practices. • Understanding of Meta content strategies and tactics to optimize content for search engines. • Experience with digital content organization / management. • Ideally, experience in driving or contributing to content strategies as a traffic evangelist, content manager, digital strategist or community manager. • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to build internal networks to accomplish goals through collaboration with resources across teams • English at mother tongue level. French/German is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications (advantage): • Strong PowerPoint skills • Active participant or leader in digital and/or content industry forums/events/groups. • Knowledge of Email Marketing - advantage • Basic knowledge of SEO – advantage • Experience with social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc…) Languages: Hebrew, English.
