"Job responsibilities: • Manage an international, 24-7/always-on, multi-site infrastructure empowering Treato services • Ensure proper security, monitoring, alerting and reporting of the infrastructure • Troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues • Capacity planning for all aspects of the infrastructure • Participate in evaluation of new software, hardware and infrastructure solutions • Participation in on-call rotation and be available 24/7 in an escalation capacity • Ensure proper infrastructure functionality of the office facilities • Operate remote technical personnel Job requirements: • Experience with medium- to large-scale Linux production environments, preferably as part of an online service provider environment • Experience with Linux systems and applications including MySQL, Java and Apache • Experience with scripting languages (using shell, Perl, Python, etc.) • Experience with networking (switching/routing/security/slb/gslb) • High level of English Highly Desired: • Experience with open sources (Nagios, Cacti, Puppet, etc.) • Experience with big data systems, including Cassandra and Hadoop • Experience with virtual/cloud infrastructure (Xen, Open Stuck, etc.)" | ||||||
