The technical writer advisor works with internal and external organizations to develop, plan and write and edit internal and external technical documentation. Work requires use of the appropriate editorial/logical methodologies and process management. A successful Technical Writer will: • Partner with different internal stakeholders to complete various documentation needs for the various lines of business. • Work on assignments where complex judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions. • Produce documents that can be understood and used by customers with limited-to-medium technical product knowledge. • Identify opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and quality levels. Educational Requirements: Undergraduate degree - Advantage. Work Experience: At least 3 years of technical writing experience in software development environment, preferably related to: Storage, TCP/IP, or Networking. Technical Skills: English at mother tongue level Technical curiosity, aspire to understand how things work Ability to be assigned high level goals and work independently to achieve them Basic Project Management skills Fit for the job?
