The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of direct sales, integrator relationship development, and growth of our Instant Mobile Wireless Network business focused on Wireless Communication System Integrators, Homeland Security and Enterprise. Candidate should be located in Israel. Primary Responsibilities: • Identify, develop, qualify and close business in the EMEA (ASIA) • Creation and execution of detailed sales plan to achieve revenue objectives. • Establish and maintain monthly forecast and sales pipeline • Responsible for establishing Sales Channel Partners in the territory. • Responsible for driving business through the Integrators and Channel Partners who do business in the Wireless/HLS/Enterprise space. • Maintain high level of knowledge on Mobilicom’s products, roadmaps, competition, pricing, market share, and key product differentiation. Preferred Background • 2-5 years outside sales experience in the wireless or communication industry. • Prior HLS / Public Safety / LMR market experience • Solid track record of over quota achievement in technology sales • BSc in SW / E. Engineering and MBA degree – Advantage • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills • Good written and verbal communications skills • Vertical industry knowledge Attributes • Self-motivated, competitive and goal oriented • High energy drive to close business and exceed assigned sales goals • Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills • Organized and has track record of working effectively on a team • Ability to stay focused on goals and objectives • Effective at qualifying sales opportunities and time management • Willingness to travel ~ 30% in the assigned territory" | |||||
