Dmitry Romanoff has started a discussion: We're hiring VOIP Engineer "We're hiring VOIP Engineer VOIP Engineer will be responsible for configuring PBXs and implementing VOIP projects Design and grow HA carrier configurations with carriers and our VoIP components Configuring and optimizing all VOIP/IP-PBX systems and services Maintaining SLAs for VOIP services and applications Develop and maintain operational process and procedure documents and network change management records Monitor and manage call quality, and reliability of telephony infrastructure Working technical knowledge of VoIP/IP telephony systems, software, and hardware, including Asterisk based open-source PBX systems (Elastix/freeFBX), Avaya VOIP systems Experience with Polycom, Cisco and other VOIP handsets and soft phones Strong hands-on knowledge of the configuration and optimization of VoIP equipment Advanced level understanding of SIP, RTP, RTCP and related telephony protocols/standards Diagnose, Troubleshoot, resolve service issues related to VoIP and FoIP telephony platforms and applications Ability to perform SIP debugging with Empirix and Wireshark In-depth understanding of MOS Score, Jitter, Delay, etc and how to troubleshoot these occurrences Experience with Session Border Controllers (Acme Packets) is a plus CCNP-Voice certifications is a plus Participate in shared on call support rotation Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system and/or related subsystems Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper Routers Send CV: dmitryr@idivts.com" | ||||||
