The technical lead will manage end to end performance projects in front of strategic customers. Job Description • Learn the technical aspects of client implementations and design performance tests for the project • Execute and analyze test scripts using automated testing tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio Team System • Work closely with project teams and other team members in order to monitor database activity and take necessary steps to resolve issues. • Work closely with customers around the world in a variety of time zones. • Work with clients’ own performance testing teams • Analyze and tune data layer performance and scalability scenarios according to client data Required Skills/Experience • Proven experience in Lab tests • System level thinking, an understanding that a bottleneck could be anywhere DB, SQL, Network, Web code, etc. • Knowledge of performance bottlenecks and end-to-end performance measures (server response time, throughput, network latency, etc.) • Ability to code basic load test scripts using VB.Net and C# - advantage • Experience in collecting data, performing analysis on that data, and preparing reports • Oracle or MSSQL Soft Skills: • Professional Services and customer facing work experience • Ability to recognize when an issue needs to be escalated to a higher level • Excellent time management skills • Willingness to work a flexible schedule in order to gather the data from long running tests and have them ready the next day for review. • Ability to write clear, audience aware and business-like e-mails, status reports and summaries in English • Willingness to travel For more information please send your CV to einat.cohen@clicksoftware.com"
