Requirements: • Fluent English • French as mother tongue level (speaking, reading, writing) – MUST! • Customer oriented, Team Player, excellent communication skills Advantage: • Technician/Practical engineer with preference to one of the following areas: Mechanical, Electronic, Computer, or Materials • Experience in the customers arena including technical customer support, training, customer relationship and operational processes (RMA, Documentation, spares parts management, escalation processes).
